Your voucher has been beautifully designed, ready to be printed from your printer at home. Your voucher will be emailed to you, and can be presented on a smartphone to be redeemed.

- Gift vouchers must be booked in advance, no less than 24 hours prior to your intended visit date. Please quote the gift card number and email us at toronto@chotto-matte.com.

- All gift vouchers must be presented by the bearer upon arrival and mentioned when booking.

- Promotional purchases entailing a discount to the voucher value cannot be redeemed on certain dates, including but not limited to Valentines weekend and New Year's Eve (please inquire when booking), and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

- Experiences require a booking, and entry will not be permitted without one.

- 18% Auto Gratuity will be applied during the settlement of your experience in the restaurant by your server

- Any items ordered in addition to the voucher value are not included and must be paid for on the day.

- Gift experiences are redeemable only at Chotto Matte Toronto.

- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.

- Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable in cash, and not replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen.

- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, and title passes upon receipt of full payment. For vouchers dispatched by email, risk passes when the email is sent, and title passes upon receipt of full payment.
